Day Of Information:
WHEN: Event is scheduled for Sunday, OCTOBER 15th, 2023. 9am-4pm, Show CAR CHECK-IN TIME is 7:30am-8:30am and subject to change if needed to coordinate with main event using the street.
*There is to be No driving inside event during event hours 9am-4pm without a walking escort by Car Show Staff or Event Staff or Law Enforcement*
NOTE: Do Not be early as event setup vehicles need to exit. Do not be later than 9:00am or may be denied entry.

WHERE: This is a HUGE 1-day Event that see about 20k+ people go through, and takes up MOORPARK ROAD which is Closed to all traffic between Hillcrest and Wilbur, so event access is via backstreets. The CAR SHOW is centrally located on BRAZIL STREET, Thousand Oaks, CA 91360. Car Show Map click here

AWARDS Car Show Awards will be presented at Car Show DJ area at Approximately 2.45-3pm, car/owner must be present to receive award.
Event ends at 4pm, so all cars must be off Brazil Street by 4.30pm.
